Privacy Policy

^kit10^ is a Google Sheets tool. This is what it does and does not do with your data:

How sensitive data is protected

^kit10^ has no servers, databases, or infrastructure of its own. All data it works with (translations, glossary entries, project settings, translation-memory cache, and the email addresses used to assign roles within a project) is stored using Google Apps Script's own built-in storage, scoped to the single Google Sheets file the add-on is installed on. That storage is hosted, secured, and access-controlled entirely by Google's own infrastructure, under the same protections as the rest of your Google Account and Google Sheets file.

Access to that data follows the normal sharing permissions of the Google Sheets file itself: only people you've given Editor (or Viewer, where applicable) access to that specific file can open it or run ^kit10^ against it. ^kit10^ does not introduce any separate login, password, or API key of its own, and does not transmit any of this data outside Google's systems. There is no third-party server in the middle.

Data retention and deletion

Data ^kit10^ stores (project configuration, glossary/translation-memory cache, roles, and similar settings) persists for as long as the Google Sheets file it's installed on exists, tied to that file's own lifecycle. It is not kept anywhere separately from that file.
